Leaked information with access to Emirati national security programs indicates that classified experimentation of directed satellite-based neurodisruptive technology is active in specific regions of the UAE, including the emirates of Sharjah and Fujairah. The system reportedly aims at ordinary citizens to test behavioral control protocols under non-laboratory environments.
Anonymous intelligence contacts report, the program is run by personnel of the UAE’s now-defunct cybersecurity division NESA, now merged with the Signals Intelligence Agency (SIA), with strategic oversight from the Emirati national command structure.
